1/2 c. bread crumbs
2 T. olive
oil
1/2 of a medium onion, diced
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 t.
oregano
2 1/2 t. salt
1/2 t. pepper
2 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/3 c.
Parmesan
2. t. Worcestershire
2 eggs, beaten
Preheat to 350. Toast
bread crumbs in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 1 minute. Transfer to
large mixing bowl. In skillet combine oil, onion, garlic, oregano, salt, and
pepper. Cook until onions are tender. In the large mixing bowl, add the onion
mixture, meat, cheese, and Worcestershire sauce. Add the eggs. Place in the loaf
pan and bake for 45 minutes.
