1 1/2 lbs. of chicken (breast and/or
thighs)
2 garlic cloves
1 T. olive oil
1/4 c. onion - chopped
1/2 c.
frozen peas
2 oz. prosciutto
1/4 c. grated Parmesan
Jar of Vodka
sauce
1/2 box of pasta (penne, rigatoni)
Salt and pepper
Begin
process of making pasta. Season chicken with salt and pepper to taste. In large
skillet heat oil and cook onion. Add in chicken. Cook for 6 minutes on both
sides. For the last 2 minutes add in garlic cloves. Stir in sauce and simmer for
5 minutes. Add in peas and paremsan cheese. Serve over pasta.
